Commercial Rates

$62.75 per ton with a minimum of $48.60 per load

Freon Removal

Refrigerators, Air conditioners, Dehumidifiers, Etc. alone -------------$28.50

Refrigerators, Air conditioners, Dehumidifiers, Etc. with trash --------charge by weight of load plus

                                                                                                   $20.00 per item for Freon removal

CONCRETE

Fleming Excavating will accept concrete - we only accept small pieces.

FLUORESCENT BULBS

Commercial Charges -- 4 foot lamps --- .25 cents each / 8 foot lamps --- .50 cents each                       

Residential Charges -- No Charge 

WOOD

Lumber --- goes in with regular trash

PAINT, CHEMICALS, USED OIL & ANTIFREEZE

Residential --- No Charge (need to check in with office)

ASBESTOS

Residential can bring it out if it is double bagged or hosed down with water after weighing the load.

Commercial needs to call Waste Management about disposal (317) 745-2878

ELECTRONIC WASTE (e-waste)

CRT TV's and computer monitors are weighed and charged $.30/per lb. Please bring the TV's and monitors by themselves or on the front or back of the load for easier separate trash weighing.  We accept TV's and monitors Monday thru Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.  No Saturdays please. 

All other electronics are free to dispose of and are accepted during normal business hours.
